"Trauma Center: Under The Knife succeeds in creating an engaging story full of equally engaging characters that will push you to complete the game just to see where it goes and what kind of sadistic surgery you'll have to perform next. The difficulty is enough to make some people give up entirely, but it also makes the game a long lasting pick-up-and-play title that you can attempt to complete every so often once you do get tired of the sometimes repetitive surgeries."
