CNN Money has the scoop regarding Valve's Half-Life 2, which has been announced for a summer 04' release. More details about a specific date will be announced at E3 in May.

Gamers Europe has posted their preview of the upcoming game Half-Life 2. Here is a bit of what to expect:

"It may seem like they’re setting all the standards for others to follow, but in fact Valve is taking more than a few pages from the book of Halo. Weapons will be far more balanced (as in Halo, where there really was no weapon better than the other) and fully controllable vehicles are making an appearance (Warthog anyone?). "
