Gamers Europe has posted their review of FIFA 2004.
"There are several changes to the gameplay here, and if you’ve played FIFA 2003 then the changes will become apparent straight away. The pace at which the game runs is much slower than before and there is a much more realistic feel to the speed of the matches."
