Games Xtreme has poxsted their review of Arx Fatalis for Xbox.
"Arx Fatalis is a game thats targetted at an area of Xbox gaming that is a bit short on titles, and that is the world of RPGs'. With the lack of quality titles in this genre for the Xbox, it should be easy for a game to stand out. Unfortunately Arx Fatalis doesn't."
RPGDot has posted their review of Arx Fatalis for the Xbox.
"...anyone who is looking for a deep, involving RPG that takes place in a living, breathing world ripe with possibilities, you'll want to dive right into Arx Fatalis."
"A one-on-one PC-to-console port which manages to keep the atmosphere of the original without retaining the naughty bugs of the PC version."
"Also, as Arx Fatalis Xbox will now have a Spanish version, we also had to get the Spanish texts in, and above all, the new Spanish speech files had to be checked, to be sure none were missing (The entire Arkane team actually spent three solid weeks in night school learning fluent Spanish just for this part of the game… okay… that's not true)."
"It was quite difficult as on PC, we used a keyboard (which means more than 100 keys) and a mouse. On the other hand, it was also a great opportunity to make the interface really user friendly. Indeed it's far easier to play a game with only a dozen buttons than it is to play trying to remember the whole keyboard."
