Dreamcast IGN had this to say about the inexspensive racing game:

Presentation: 9.0
No licensed drivers, but plenty of authentic tracks, racing teams and cars, including Lister Storm, Nissan, Toyota, Panoz Motorsports, BMW, Team Oreca, Chamberlain Engineering and Konrad.

Graphics: 9.5
Gorgeous. Realistic looking tracks, detailed car models, and outstanding effects, up to 24 cars on screen -- all at a steady 30 fps.

How fun a gamer finds this game depends on what he is looking for. If a floaty-physics, crazy-track roller coaster is what you’re looking for in a driving game, look elsewhere. If you’re looking to upgrade your car with turbos and rims, look elsewhere. This is a racing game in a very pure form. The emphasis is on skill and real racing abilities. Sound fun to you? Then go buy this game.
