So the idea is to catch a certain amount of fish, by weight, before the clock runs out. You have a set of lures you can use, ranging from poppers that float on the surface, to minnows that sink to the floor. If you make it, you go to the next level. Sega Marine Fishing is not a simulation, it's another one of those Sega arcade games that puts a crazy spin on a typically mundane activity. If you're looking for a deep fishing game (pun intended), then you're going to have to look elsewhere.
