Gamitopia has completed a review of Crazy Taxi 2.

"The original Crazy Taxi was one of those games that offered a whole lot of excitement and some of the most entertaining racing experiences available on the Dreamcast. Crazy Taxi 2 hopes to follow in the footsteps of its predecessor with new drivers, bigger levels, and the same old exciting and entertaining gameplay that redefined the racing genre. "

Game Maniacs recently completed their review of Crazy Taxi 2. Here is a sample of what they found:

"Why are you even reading this? You already KNEW you were going to buy the game, if not just to see the expression on your PS2-obsessed friend's face as he realizes he's playing the same game on his Playstation 2 a year and a half after it came out for DC while you're playing one of the most anticipated sequels of all time. DC gamers won't be playing "fare" (I know, I know, bad pun) in a few we

Essentially, the main gameplay is still very much the same -- pick up a passenger, and get them to their destination in the fastest time possible. In order to do this, players will have to use the Crazy Boost

SegaWeb lets us know what to expect from the newest addition to the Crazy Taxi series. Here is some of what they found:

"At approximately 60% complete, CT2 still has a far way to go before becoming the polished final product we all expect. The wait however, should be worth it. Here's hoping we get some more Crazy Box modes to help melt away the hours when we finally do get our hands on the game.

I'm sorry for what I'm about to say, mostly because it hurts me so very much to say this, but

Daily Radar lets us know what to expect form the upcoming thrill ride called Crazy Taxi 2. Here is some of what they had to say:

"If there's one thing we love, it's that crazy taxi-driving action in Crazy Taxi. Sega HitMaker has just doled out a bit of information on the sequel, Crazy Taxi 2 for the Dreamcast, and it sounds sweeter than ever.

Try this on for size: a new move called the "Crazy Hop," which will let drivers jump over other cars and into buildings, uncovering secret areas.

DailyRadar gives us a first look at Crazy Taxi 2. Let's see what we can expect from the sequel to the already popular Crazy Taxi:

"Making the jump from West Coast to East means introducing a new cast of characters, too. Whether the game's designers will be including any of the curiously stereotypical characterizations from the first game remains to be seen, but we're quite certain that each of these drivers will be suitably crazy -- which is the only way to drive in New York.
