Today Nintendo announced that they are already under way with a new version of Mario Kart for their new DS handheld. While very little information other than that has been released, we did notice that the one track that was on display was the Yoshi track from Mario Kart: Double Dash.
While the DS game doesn't offer the same 2 person kart mechanics, we can't help but hope that the DS game will resemble the Gamecube iteration at least somewhat.
We'll have more on the next installment of the Mario Kart series for you as we get it.
