Spirits & SpellsSpirits & Spells
Ever since the original Super Mario franchise, I’ve watched games geared towards children and adults fall short of being completely successful. Too much violence forces many titles to be thrown off the appropriate for children list for me. Too simplistic or too short causes the adult score to diminish drastically. Spirits and Spells for Nintendo GameCube attempts to satisfy all ages.
Charlie's AngelsCharlie's Angels
This game is absolutely amazing. I’ve not seen graphics or gameplay like this since Super Nintendo, and even then they had the limitations of the console to blame. With a stupid storyline, extremely linear gameplay, idiotically limited moves, sound effects that make you want to shove sharp objects in your ears, and only a limited decent soundtrack (from the movies), Charlie’s Angels for GameCube is a pathetically humourless excuse for a modern video game.
