Activion's Call of Duty set to release on Nokia N-Gage!

April 14, 2004 -- Nokia, today announced that Activision’s Call of Duty™ will be released for the N-Gage game deck. The critically acclaimed, first-person World War II action game is set for an all-out assault on N-Gage game decks everywhere.  Call of Duty thrusts players to the front lines of combat, as ordinary soldiers fight together as part of a squad through the epic moments of WWII.

Call of Duty on the N-Gage platform throws gamers into instant head-to-head combat via multiplayer gaming over Bluetooth wireless technology and allows them to experience the intensity of WWII.  Players will also be able to battle for top rankings on the N-Gage Arena exclusive leaderboards.

"Nokia is proud to bring another award winning title from Activision to the N-Gage platform," said Pasi Pölönen, Director, Games Publishing, Nokia. "Call of Duty brings multiplayer mobile warfare to the next level with a full 3D experience."

"Call of Duty on the N-Gage allows players to experience Activision's critically acclaimed first-person action game in a unique mobile environment," said Dave Anderson, Senior Director of Business Development and Licensing for Activision, Inc.  "The addition of wireless connectivity brings a distinctive competitive experience that handheld gamers will truly enjoy anytime, anywhere."

Call of Duty is expected to be available in the fourth quarter of 2004.
