Cyberathlete Professional League and Telex Communications team up to bring Hardcore Multimedia to pro gaming competition Minneapolis, MN (October 10, 2002) Telex Communications, and its professional audio subsidiary Electro-Voice, announced today that their new line of Hardcore Multimedia computer speakers will be the official speakers for the Cyberathlete Professional League's winter event. The event will be held in Dallas Texas, December 18 22, 2002 and is expected to attract over 1,000 of the world's best gamers for head to head competition for $150,000 of dollars in cash prizes. Competitors are signed up from the USA, Canada, Germany, Sweden, Iceland, United Kingdom, France, Singapore and twenty other countries.
