LOS ANGELES (January 17, 2008) – As the 2008 festival draws closer, festival flagship THE LIFT continues to broaden its service and appeal with the announcement of additional sponsors and the launch of an official website.  Guests that are interested in getting further details on activities, a complete list of sponsors and/or receiving credentials for THE LIFT can now view all at www.theliftparkcity.com. 

 

Operating as a true destination spot with a Relax…Play…Nourish…and Work mantra, THE LIFT – located in the heart of Park City at 825 Main Street -- will feature an attentive, full-service concierge, fashion and beauty boutique, lavish spa & salon with hair and make-up services, dining, hospitality lounge and unique event spaces.  THE LIFT will also act as the hub for the filmmaking community by hosting the festival’s top press junkets and film cast dinners throughout the festival.  THE LIFT will operate from 10:00am-6:00pm daily from January 17 – 22, 2008.

Activision Publishing, Inc's Guitar Hero III®: Legends of Rock will explode onto the Park City film festival scene as the exclusive video game sponsor at THE LIFT.  Guests can tear it up like never before with the latest and greatest from the best selling video game franchise, with kiosks set up in different locations throughout the venue including the Fred Segal Store and the Tent.  Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock is the premier rhythm based video game that lets players unleash their inner rock star as they jam to songs from legendary bands such as the Sex Pistols, Guns 'N' Roses, The Rolling Stones and Metallica.  Fans can shred alone or with friends in the arcade inspired battle mode, expanded co-op career mode and boss battles.

 

Cîroc vodka - The maker of Cîroc vodka is proud to be a featured spirits sponsor of the Fred Segal Store at THE LIFT. Imported from France, Cîroc vodka is one of the only vodkas made from fine French grapes.  According to Sean “Diddy” Combs, Cîroc vodka is the epitome of luxury and the perfect choice for any celebration.  Both he and the maker’s of Cîroc encourage everyone to enjoy the brand responsibly. Visitors to The Lift can themselves celebrate with this ultra premium vodka by visiting the Cîroc bar located inside the Fred Segal Store. Also, as lead spirits sponsor, Cîroc vodka will be featured at destinations and events throughout THE LIFT including Teddy's Lounge and at the ESPN AFC/NFC football viewing party.
