Ubisoft today announced that Uru: The Path of the Shells (the third and final expansion to Ages Beyond Myst) will be released on July 13 to anxious gamers for about $20.
President of marketing for Ubisoft, Tony Kee has this to say about the latest, and last expansion: "We are excited to bring this chapter of the Uru story to eager fans, Uru: Ages Beyond Myst has achieved both critical and consumer success, and The Path of the Shell will only help solidify the title as a 'must-have' for Myst and adventure fans."
A boxed set of Ages Beyond Myst will become available to new comers in the form of "Complete Chronicles" including ABM, and all 3 expansions, including Path of the Shells. Complete Chronicles will also be made available to gamers on July 13th.
Path of the Shells will include a multitude of new challenging puzzles for players, new clothing, new journals, and new features such as swimming.
Look for Path of the Shells this July when it hits a retailer near you.
