CDV and DreamCatcher Announce Distribution Agreements

May 23, 2006 – CDV Software Entertainment
has entered into two distribution agreements with DreamCatcher Inc. As part of
this agreement, DreamCatcher will distribute Glory of the Roman Empire
for CDV in North America. Additionally, CDV will exclusively distribute all
German language versions of DreamCatcher’s upcoming 2006 video game titles in
Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

reciprocal agreement allows us to further grow our already significant third
party distribution capabilities in the German speaking countries of Europe. It
