NBA Live 2000 scores but misses slam dunk

EA Sports' NBA Live series is one of the most venerable franchises on the PlayStation, but the fifth edition fails to deliver a significantly improved game. Despite good graphics and sound and incredible longevity, a few serious gameplay flaws keep NBA Live 2000 from fulfilling the hoop dreams of video-game basketball junkies.
