989 Sports won the opening tip in the college basketball wars this year by releasing NCAA Final Four 2000 a few weeks before March Madness 2000 by EA Sports. 989 could have used the extra practice in the development gym or even a year of probation, because Final Four 2000 won't make the Big Dance this year. It's a game containing flaws in every aspect of play.
