The hype surrounding Gran Turismo 2, the sequel to the wildly succesful driving simulation Gran Turismo, was incredible. This game was purported to be everything from the greatest driving sim ever to the Second Coming. Does the game match the hype? Sort of. It's a great game, but Sony's hype forced GT2's development to be rushed for holiday sales, creating a superb, but incomplete piece of console gaming.
