July 6 2004 - In an unfortunate turn of events, Ubisoft has today announced that Far Cry Instincts will not be available for Xbox and PS2 until the first quarter of 2005.
The console versions of Far Cry will take the best elements of the award winning PC title and tweak it for home consoles. Ubisoft assures us that the late release will ensure the console games have the same impressive graphics and gameplay of its PC counterpart.
Looks like Xbox and PS2 owners have quite a wait ahead of them. We'll have more as it develops.
